Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your SmileyRush order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please contact us at multiemug@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
